A: If you have a problem with your order, either an item you need to cancel or a shipment not received, please contact customer service immediately.
Q: How can I get replacement parts?
A: You should check with your local dealer first, but we realize that many retailers may not carry the replacement part you need for your Miller product. Miller Manufacturing will sell replacement parts directly to consumers (as a manufacturing company, fully assembled, finished products are not sold directly to consumers). To order replacement parts, please call or e-mail our customer service department at 1-800-260-0888. Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Central Standard Time.
Q: I have a suggestion for a product improvement or a new product. Who can I send it to?
A: Please submit your product ideas to our Marketing Department. We will evaluate your concept based on these factors: does it fit within our product families, is there a market need for this, can we manufacture it, cost & profit potential, and patentability. We receive many submissions, and review these on a monthly basis so please allow some time before we reply to you.
Q: Can I order product on-line?
