Q: What is the difference between the round and hexagon cap for the PPF's?
A: The hexagon shaped cap is an older version of the PPF. This version has been replaced by a round cap. The caps and lids ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE.

Q: Is it possible to order an egg turner directly from Miller?
A: Miller is a manufacturing company and we sell our products through distributors. We support our distributors, and therefore do not sell products direct to consumers.
Q: How many incubators do you make?
A: Miller currently manufactures one incubator.
Q: What is the difference between the 9200 and 10200?
A: The 9200 incubator is our only incubator it does not include the fan kit (7200-Circulated Air Fan Kit). The 10200 is our deluxe version of the 9200 which includes the fan kit.
Q: The temperature in my egg incubator is fluctuating a few degrees, is this normal?
A: These fluctuations are normal and occur with the development of the egg. If you are experiencing fluctuations more than 5 degrees above or below 99 degrees please contact Customer Service 800-260-0888
Q: How do you clean an incubator?
A: To clean our incubator use mild soap and water. Do not use bleach.
